Sleeping with hair tied back is another common mistake….dont do this! again this promotes early hair loss… and its uncomfortable sleep anyhow
Combing your hair when wet. Try to wait until your hair is semi dry. this is best for hair, because when your hair is wet its weak. combing can break weak hair.
-Overwashing ruins healthy strong hair, most people only need to wash 3 times a week.
-Over conditioning- makes your hair greeesy..gross! to avoid this use conditioner on ends where hair is dry or damaged.
-Over-use of products! dont go over board on the hairs spray or serum! use tiny bits and add as u style.
-Exposing hair to extreme colds..in the mornings if you go out put a scarve on hair protect ur hair!
and last but not least
- get routine trims..dont be scared of trims….not a full length haircut, just trims..to keep ur hairstyle neat.
